If you decide on an individual renovation roadmap, you will receive an iSFP bonus if you actually take the suggested renovation steps: the funding rate provided for the respective measure is increased by an additional 5 percentage points. In order to receive this bonus, you must carry out the measure no later than 15 years after the creation of the iSFP.
